Just as bees ventilate their honey to reduce water content, we gently blend raw fruits with honey and process this mixture using specially designed equipment called homogenizers. These machines maintain a controlled temperature of 35-37°C and use currents of very dry air to evaporate the water from the mixture over a period of 2-4 weeks. This slow and careful method preserves the fruits in their near-natural state, without boiling or pasteurization, ensuring maximum nutritional value and authentic flavor in every jar.
